About the Project
The Urban Loft Collection transforms a historic textile factory into 24 unique residential units. Original brick walls, timber beams, and steel columns are preserved and celebrated, while modern interventions provide contemporary comfort. Each loft features double-height living spaces, mezzanine bedrooms, and oversized windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
